Healthcare advisory & management · Puerto Rico

A hands-on partner for the business side of medical practices

We work with physicians and medical groups on how care is contracted, credentialed, billed and managed, and we stay accountable for the results.

Hands-on

Our people execute the work, not only advise on it.

Specialists

Managed care, credentialing, revenue and technology for healthcare.

Client in control

You keep ownership of your practice, your data and every decision.

01

Services

Everything between the exam room and the payment

Each service can be engaged on its own or as part of an ongoing management relationship.

01

Managed care & contracting

We review where you participate and what each plan pays, then build one contracting strategy around it.

  • Payer participation and fee schedule review
  • Negotiation briefs and payer outreach
  • Capitation and value-based arrangements
  • Carve-outs and contract terms that protect revenue

02

Credentialing & enrollment

One roster and one renewal calendar, so no physician bills under a lapsed credential.

  • Initial enrollments with commercial plans, Medicare Advantage and Vital
  • Revalidations, follow-up and payer status
  • Provider demographic and directory updates
  • Central provider roster and documents

03

Revenue cycle visibility

Clear sight of what was billed, what was paid and where money is lost, by physician, payer and service.

  • Billing and remittance reconciliation
  • Denials and underpayment follow-up
  • Management dashboards for leadership
  • Physician payment and distribution reports

04

Practice management

We run the administration of your practice under an ongoing agreement, so you can focus on patients.

  • Operating model, workflows and controls
  • Weekly and monthly financial close
  • Vendor, billing company and EMR coordination
  • Management scorecard and regular reviews

02

Technology

Technology built by people who know managed care

Most healthcare software is built by people who have never negotiated a contract or chased a denied claim. We have. We advise on, design and build technology around how managed care actually works, for providers, health plans and management organizations.

01

Contract & payment intelligence

Fee schedules compared against what each plan actually paid, so underpayments surface on their own.

02

Capitation & value-based analytics

Member panels, quality measures and shared-savings performance tracked against each contract's terms.

03

Revenue cycle data

Claims and remittances reconciled line by line, with denials grouped by cause and by payer.

04

Provider network & credentialing

Rosters, renewal calendars and directory data in one place, with alerts before anything lapses.

05

Care program measurement

Chronic-care and post-discharge programs measured on what matters to plans: adherence, follow-up and readmissions.

06

Data integration

EMR, billing, eligibility and claims data connected through FHIR and X12 standards, or the exports you already have.

How we engage

  • AdviseTechnology assessment: systems, data flows and manual work mapped into a prioritized roadmap.
  • BuildCustom applications, dashboards and automations, designed with your team and delivered in stages.
  • RunHosting, maintenance and support, so the tools keep working long after go-live.

Our principles

  • Start with one problem that costs you money, then grow from there.
  • Your data stays yours and can be exported in a standard format at any time.
  • Every tool is shaped by people who do managed care work every day.

03

Approach

We start from where you are, not from a template

Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether it is a single credentialing file or a full management partnership. The scope and the pace are set by what you need.

  1. Step 01

    Understand

We listen first: how you are contracted, credentialed, billed and run today, and what success looks like for you.

  2. Step 02

    Plan

A clear scope and priorities, sized to what you need, with one point of contact who answers for it.

  3. Step 03

    Execute

Our team does the work alongside yours and keeps you informed at every step.

  4. Step 04

    Review

We check results against the starting point we set together, and agree on what comes next.

04

Who we serve

Built for the way healthcare works in Puerto Rico

Commercial plans, Medicare Advantage and the Vital government plan each have their own rules. We work across all three.

Independent physicians

Solo and small practices that need their contracts, credentials and collections handled by people who answer the phone.

Specialty groups

Multi-physician groups that want visibility across physicians and payers, and a stronger position at the negotiating table.

Managed care organizations

Health plans, IPAs and management organizations that need technology built around how managed care really operates.

05
